Loved the location. This is a charming neighborhood. Food, coffee, and ice cream were all within walking distance. There was plenty of space for our 5 adults and one teen to come together or spread out as needed.

The pictures don’t even do this home justice. Absolutely gorgeous interior with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortably fit 8 of us with room for our family in town to come for breakfast. The home is a hidden gem in Missoula.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodelled home in historic Missoula, walking distance to many amenities including restaurants and river walk. The kitchen and home had everything we needed, and the porch and garden were lovey! Jackie was a wonderful host and was available to us if we needed anything. Thank you for your hospitality, we'll see you next time we visit Missoula!

Really nice home. All amenities you could need. Great outside porch. Very convenient to downtown area. Busy front street, but not very noisy. House has been remodeled. Very very clean. Showers with good pressure. Good air conditioner. Would stay here again anytime. Highly recommend.

This house was wonderful for our brief stay in Missoula for a family wedding. It was clean, the beds were SO comfortable and the kitchen was actually stocked so we could cook! It is such a treat to have a few staples like olive oil and salt/pepper stocked in a rental kitchen. It makes all the difference in the world when trying to make a meal.
Highly recommend!!

This was a great property and the perfect “home base” as we got our daughter settled in to the dorms at UM. House looks small from the outside but is very spacious with a great basement area, very comfortable beds & beautiful upgrades throughout the home. Everything was very new yet the home had great charm. is well taken care of & we enjoyed having coffee on the porch & barbecuing in the back yard. Wonderful restaurant Cafe Dolce right across the street with easy access to downtown and the university. Will definitely return!

We rented this home while we were in town for UM graduation. It was perfect for three adult couples and two older kids. We all had our own private spaces to enjoy, and the shared space in the living room and kitchen comfortably us all. Campus is a 15-minute walk away. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked, including coffee and tea from local providers, which was a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable, too. The house is on a busy street, but traffic noise was not a problem. Great communication from the owners. Thanks for hosting us!

We had such an enjoyable stay at the Rose Park Missoula house. The layout of the home was perfect for our group of three families, and we really appreciated that there was a spacious upstairs kitchen and living area for the adults and a huge basement family room with a comfy couch and large table for the kids and teens to enjoy. Our kids are older (the youngest was nine), but this would be a great house for families with young children and babies, as the house was fully stocked with baby gear and toys. Everything in the house as well appointed with all the kitchen supplies, and plenty of towels and blankets and beach towels, and Jaclyn was a responsive and helpful host. We really did not want to leave this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this home, and we had another wonderful time.
Very comfortable, clean and best of all the owners are very responsive-we booked short notice after deciding to extend our stay, and we heard back very quickly with a booking confirmation.
This has become our go-to for a rental while staying in Missoula.

Rose Park was a cozy and comfortable place for our adult children to stay during our visit to Missoula. The modern kitchen was very clean, and well stocked. The eating nook made for a nice spot to gather for a meal. The large sofa and TV in the basement was a bonus. Jaclyn made things easy, and was so accommodating. This was a great find!

This was a really great charming house in a perfect neighborhood in Missoula. We loved every minute here. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect. Sharing two bathrooms among 7 people was not super easy but we managed just fine. Would love to come back again and again.

We stayed at this home with three other adult couples and were pleased with the layout of the bedrooms and two living spaces. It was nice to find accommodations with 3 king size beds and a queen. The kitchen is well stocked and is across the street from the cutest coffee shop. Excellent hosts made the check in process so easy!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Traveling with little ones isn’t easy but this property had everything we needed to make it enjoyable for us all. The kids were able to play on the play structure while we unpacked and got settled in. There were tons of toys and games and books to keep them busy. The layout was great because the kids could sleep and nap upstairs while we hung out downstairs and they even had children’s utensils to use and the same family friendly bath and body products we use at home. We liked that we could just walk across the street in the morning for yummy pastries from the cafe across the street and it was a super short beautiful drive downtown to the heart of Missoula. Also, the beds were SUPER comfy! We hope to stay here again the next time we visit our family.

Incredibly wonderful stay at this immaculately clean, perfectly appointed home within walking distance of everything. The set-up was perfect for our needs. Having 3 king beds and one queen is a rare find in the rental world and ensured everyone's comfort. We enjoyed the back patio on the warm summer nights. Jaclyn is the perfect host-incredibly response and kind. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore/enjoy Missoula.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped home. Huge bonus for being our first VRBO ever having non-dangerous cutlery (they were sharp enough to use, safely). Perfect location to base from; fishing, hiking, rafting are all close by. Thank you.

We are now live in Colorado but visit Missoula several times a year. We will stay at this property again with no hesitation. The home has been completely updated and modernized and worked great for my family, we have two children 4 and 2. Really can’t say enough, centrally located but still peaceful/quiet. We will be back I’m sure.

Do yourself a favor, and stay here! You will not be disappointed! This is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, non- cluttered, super comfortable beds, etc. Well stocked kitchen supplies and plenty of space throughout the home. Our 8 and 11 year old loved hanging out in the downstairs living area. It is also a short walk to downtown (Higgins - less than 1/2 mile) and the football stadium (less than a mile and a half).

While most 4 BR rentals will likely include one or more rooms with twins, this comes with 3 kings and 1 queen, which makes it great for multiple couples. The bedding is VERY comfortable, lines are high quality, everything feels new and fresh, and was very well thought out. Everything you need is there, including a nice welcome gift in the fridge, fresh coffee on the counter, and a guitar in the corner in case someone plays! Great location for everything and even walked the few blocks to the Griz game. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you! We will be back!
