"This was our first family vacation with our grandbaby. While it was a great time and a great place, there was room for improvement. We stayed on the first floor. It was very noisy with people coming into their rooms at night. We could also hear people in nearby rooms. One night, there was a huge group of people in the lobby of the first floor that was having a baby shower at 10pm!!! They were very loud. I felt as if there was needed "security" to check all buildings to see that all was well....

"Me and my wife visited for our anniversary just recently. Overall it was a great experience and the staff were very personable and friendly. Especially our registration host Emmy. She started our stay there with an amazing personality and always greeted us with a wave and smile! The 24/7 bakery has some of the best treats and smoothies around and its all right there next to your bed pretty much. "The room had dirty windows the blinds had holes, the floors were so dirty in room our feet turned black. The pillows were gross and cheap, my friend sliped and fell out of shower because the floors were coated with a weird substance that made it slippery. One towel in whole room, nasty rusty refrigerator, no breakfast and coke machine broken"
