"The staff were amazing! We loved visiting with Ms. Suffice at breakfast-such southern hospitality! The hotel is going through renovations, so it was as tidy as could be. Our floor had a smell, but again they are starting renovations so I am not holding that against the establishment. The breakfast was great-so many choices. The workout facility was nice & equipped with great options from treadmill to elliptical & weights. We enjoyed the pool-who wouldn’t enjoy a guitar shaped pool. Our stay was wonderful and we will stay here when we are in Memphis. Also, check our Hernando’s Hide-a-way-great food & some cool music history there. Also makes it nice because it’s so close to the hotel."

"There’s no shuttle service and this hotel is the furthest away. No sit down and order, everything was order and pick up. Hotel could use updates but it was clean"
