Great stay!
Place was very clean and peaceful. Beautiful neighborhood and area. Pool was spotless we had great time swimming. Very quiet easy to sleep at night. Lily was very accommodating to our needs. Beaches and restaurants very close. Highly recommend.

Cozy, private, and quiet in a lovely neighborhood
GPS easily got us to this lovely private house in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a private entrance and driveway parking. The space was small, but clean, bright and well equipped. I was having difficulty with the VRBO App, so Lily came to meet us at check in. She was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. It was absolutely perfect for our visit with local family.

Great stay !!
Great location !! Great communication !! Great room !! Easy access, super comfortable, and super clean. Was everything we needed to tour the area, we spent a day at sea world and a day at Huntington Beach; then off to Hollywood. This location was voted the safest city in America at one time and made me feel confident during our stay !! It is centrally located to go just about any attraction SoCal has to offer !! Thank you Lilly, I would love to book again, in the future vacations to come !

A positive experience!
Our host, Lily, was very responsive to all our questions. The property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and the towels were brand new. There were several extras available such as paper plates, plastic cutlery, coffee and filters, and bottled water in the refrigerator. The A/C worked great and the ceiling fan was wonderful. I would buy some new pillows - - thick and firm, as the pillows felt old and thin. Overall, this is a very good property!

A cute and quiet location you do not want to pass up on.
The one bedroom/one bath was perfect for a few nights. My husband and I only stayed in the room just to shower and sleep as we explored all day. It’s a great center point to getting to the beaches or the Irvine Spectrum Center. It is in a quiet neighborhood so if you’re out in the big cities, it is nice to come back to a quiet spot. Mission Viejo/Laguna Woods is a nice place in of itself so this was worth the stay. Lily was kind and even introduced herself to us.

Perfect Room With All You Need
Very nice private room. Had everything I needed, cups, plates, plasticware, coffee pot, fridge and the fridge even came with bottled water which was so nice! Bathroom was excellent with a great walk-in shower! Soaps and shampoo all provided! Super quiet and very clean and comfortable! Easy to find and get to! And the host was very accessible and super nice. I would highly highly recommend this place!

Perfectly met our needs!
Everything in the room and bathroom was brand new, clean and nice. It was a perfect place to relax after a day at Laguna Beach- only a 25 minute drive on rural, scenic roads. Nice neighborhood and our host Lily was very helpful and kind. Easy to park and private entrance. We are very grateful that we found this place to stay that was so reasonably priced.
