"Parking was easy. Location good (for us, anyway). Place not bad, but thin walls so pretty noisy. Can hear talking, footsteps, tv's. Everything. Shower head so low I had to bend down to get under it. I'm 5'10". Mattresses hard as plywood. Air conditioner insanely loud. Room was clean. Front desk okay, not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall place had prison-like vibe. Not awful, but I wouldn't go back. "

"Great walkable location down to the pier, beach, and boardwalk. The rooms are really spacious! Also appreciated the variety of options available at the included breakfast. The public areas and hotel room were clean, modern, and well decorated."

"Easy parking, clean rooms, great shower, big thick towels and nice toilet paper. Comfortable bed, area can be loud at night but just until 10pm on a Friday night of our stay."

"This property has been completely transformed into a friendly, clean, and amenity heavy favorite of ours in Santa Cruz when we are traveling with our kids. Heads and tails above most of the other area hotels. "

"Positive+ - Room was nice, all the switches and lights were working, hot water in the shower, comfy bed with room service while we were out. Close to the Boardwalk! Negative- - Outside trash bins were overfilled, no one at the lobby (you check in via computer), no security (2 weirdos lurking around overnight, car was broken into via smashed window) and the hot tub was maybe 74⁰F at most. It was the cheapest option, if you're looking to rest your head, its ok, but as a multiple night stay maybe look elsewhere"
