Great location - Quiet Neighborhood - Lovely Property
Stayed for 10 nights with our 2 dogs. It might be small but had everything we needed. Wonderful fenced in yard and close to work and shopping! Definitely recommend.

Great location for Kansas City stay
Nice house with just the right amenities! Quick to get on the interstate and next to a convenient shopping area. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds made for a good place to spend the night after a busy day.

Glad to be able to come back
This is our second time staying here. We have been very pleased with everything. The only reason only 4 stars for cleanliness was because a storm passed through just before we arrived making the deck and yard less inviting. i'm sure if there had been more time this would have been cared for.

Great Stay in Merriam
We came into town for a basketball tournament, and needed amenities that hotels do not provide so this was great for us. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and its within 15-20 mins of everything popping and not. We enjoyed our time and will look to stay here again next year.

Cozy Ranch
We had a lovely stay while attending an event in Lenexa. The house was easy to find, clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and much quieter than the motel in which we usually reside during our visit to the area. The hostess responded to our inquiries very quickly. We hope to stay again when we are in the area in the future.

Great location and comfortable accomodations
We were in town for our daughter's wedding and this house was perfect for our needs. The location is close to lots of great restaurants and stores. The kitchen had all the basic utensils so we were able to cook meals at home too. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in backyard as well. I would definitely recommend this house as a great place to stay when visiting Kansas City!

Cute and peaceful, kid and pup friendly
The hostess was super flexible and attentive, the house was perfect for my young son and I to experience the area and have a quiet Thanksgiving. The beds were super comfy, easy but safe entry, and the fenced yard fully enclosed for my tiny pup. Location was easily accessible, very walkable, and close to shopping and freeways. Neighbors were friendly too!

Three night stay with one adult daughter joining my wife and me. Easy access via interstate and major roads, but in a safe and well kept neighborhood. Nice deck and backyard where we enjoyed coffee in the morning. Would stay again.

This home is in a cute neighborhood that was safe and quiet. We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck visiting with family. Restaurants are very close. It was nice to eat at IHop the first morning since we hadn’t had time to go to the store. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen (we grilled outside one evening), with a few items already there (coffee!). You will enjoy this cute find. Pictures are accurate.

Very nice and spotlessly clean home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Nearby shopping and restaurants that deliver! Nice perks of complimentary beverages and snacks on arrival, coffee , and basic condiments. Very convenient location. Use of garage a plus! Nice big yard with a patio outside.

Such a great little property!
It was such a good decision to rent this place instead of a hotel! It was the perfect size and everything was clean and in great shape. It rained most of our trip so we weren't able to enjoy the backyard area and it was huge! There were little things like coffee and condiments, and extra blankets for snuggling on the comfy sofa watching TV. We even had some popcorn that was there for us. Anytime I messaged the owner she replied right away. If I get back to KC, I will def stay here again!
