Absolutely recommend, large spacious room, new facilities, even a hair straightener in the bathroom. View is ok, ocean and buildings. Comfortable bed, microwave in room and extra food and cooking amenities located on level 1 along with coin laundry. Free drinks alcoholic and coffee on ground floor, ...

Nice typical Japanese town
No family restaurant or fast food.
Cannot see Mt.Fuji from this town but there is a bus that run from Mishima to Skywalk or other viewpoints that you can see Mt. Fuji but Mishima Skywalk has a bit farther view but got some cool zipline and suspension bridge.
It is a Shinkansen Station, and one of the hubs to visit Mt.Fuji area.
Nice if you’re around the main station area - lots of food and vibe.
The bullet train stops here and there is a bus to Mt. Fuji
