During our stay, the sump pump failed, resulting in some minor flooding in the basement. The host was in constant contact throughout the process, acted promptly and brought in professionals within minutes of becoming aware of the problem, and worked with us seamlessly when we found out that it would take several days of repairs to restore the property and facilitated us moving...
