"Unfortunately, the elevator and the fitness room as well as a pool were out of service for my stay which was not advertised. In addition come time for bed time I discovered ants were crawling on me on the bed. The Night Shift supervisor was gracious enough to switch Me to another room at 1 AM so I applaud her wonderful customer service however, after I checked out, I was back on my trip I received a phone call asking why I had access to two rooms for some reason. The daytime clerk was furious about this. I was traveling alone, so there was no way I could use two rooms by myself and I had no reason to go back to the original room. I was hoping to leave a good review overall, but the only good point was a Night Shift clerk the owner or front desk daytime clerk is a little bit vindictive unfortunately"
