"Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at the House On Pink Street. The location was perfect for us in the heart of the city. Communication with the staff prior to checking in was very good. The receptionist, Margarita, who checked us in was very welcoming and provided great recommendations for activities in the area. The apartment was spotless, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We did not have any issues sleeping. The windows are well insulated and block the street noise, especially when the shutters are closed. There was a large welcome basket with food, wine, and a fridge full of complimentary beer, water, and soda when we arrived. Throughout our stay, the cleaning staff left new treats for us each day which was a really nice touch. We had a late flight the day we checked out so the receptionist that day, Veronica, helped us to arrange to storage our luggage at the sister property, the Corpo Santo hotel, located just one block away. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and we were encouraged to help ourselves to the various treats offered in the lobby area, including self serve granitas that are perfect for a hot day. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon."
