"Too many trounles through this trip They did not accept package to pick up. a/c was broken etc. staffs are nice but not helpful. One middle age door person was very rude for us"

"This hotel has the best hot bath of all the APA hotels we stayed at. The breakfast area is also the best. Other APA hotels seem to have breakfast in random locations. This hotel really planned it out."

"Excellent breakfast buffet and proximity to subway; minor inconvenience: 2 of the 5 on site washing machines were out of order so the wait with trying to do laundry after 9pm was very hectic."

"Location.Location.Location. Tons of food choices around.Trains are about 7 to 8 minute walk.You will never get bored in this part of Shinjuku. I was pleasantly surprised that room is actually bigger than what I thought it would be and is well maintained. Staff is very helpful and accomodating,great customer service."

"Very nice hotel, reminded me of a Marriott Moxy Style hotel. Good bakery, small rooms, it was located right across from a beautiful park. The hotel was good, but it was a good 20 min walk to Shinjuku Station and shopping area."
