Ottimo hotel, in zona tranquilla

Ottimo hotel, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa alla fine di Misano ed all'inizio di Riccione. Camere nuove, pulite e confortevoli, anche se non grandissime. Servizio professionale e sempre molto cordiale. Ampio posteggio facilmente accessibile. Spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi.

Beautiful hotel close to the beach

Nicely decorated, newly renovated rooms. Extremly close to the beach and to Riccione. The staff was very friendly. Sound-proofing was very bad, you could hear everything from everywhere. We had to change rooms once, because me and my husband had kids as neighbours and we could not rest because they woke up several times at night. Then we got a room with an almost newborn baby as neighbour... So room management of the hotel should be improved in the future.

Die Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gäste die HP gebucht haben, bekommen beim Frühstück einen festen Tisch zugewiesen.Bei ihnen stehen auch Blumen auf dem Tisch. Die Gäste die ÜF gebucht haben, kommen jeden Morgen an einen anderen Tisch, wo nur Papierunterlagen liegen.Ist uns so noch in keinem Hotel passiert.Sorry, gehört sich einfach nicht!Das Frühstück ist auch keinem Viersternehotel entsprechend. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist besonders schön.

bell'hotel di classe e con la cura dei rapporti e dei servizi di una pensione di una volta. la hall dona tranquillità così come la splendida piscina sul tetto, i corridoi e le camere. Davvero una gran bella scoperta, certo non economica.

Très bien dans l'ensemble

Hormis quelques soucis de réservation à l'arrivée qui a un peu plombé l'ambiance et dont on ne connait toujours pas les raisons ou responsables...le reste s'est très bien passé, belle situation, agréable et confortable. Dommage qu'à l'hotel ils ne parlent ni ne comprennent bien le français et qu'il faut leur tirer les vers du nez pour avoir des infos sur l'hotel ou le tourisme avoisinant..on a un bar mais on ne sait pas si les bouteilles d'eau sont gratuites, du café dans le hall gratuit ou pas..? ils ne nous disent pas ce qu'il y a à voir dans les alentours ou les marchés du coin, les bons restos tout près...? il faut tout leur demander, ils ne nous le proposent pas à notre arrivée et difficile de se faire comprendre...il y avait bcp d'allemands...l'hotel était très bien, familial et le service était très bien aussi, les gens très accueillants, souriants sympas.

Nettes Hotel. Ob es 4 Sterne es ein Haus ist, würde ich, gemessen an mitteleuropäischen Standard als zu viel empfinden. Dennoch ist es ein gutes, solides Hotel im oberen Segment.

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, Preisleistung gut

ich kann dieses Hotel sehr an Familien mit Kindern empfehlen und auch sonst für junge Leute eignet sich das Hotel super da es an einer guten Lage ist. Nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse, sondern eher hinten wo es ruhiger ist. Top Service. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Betten waren leider ein wenig hart und man konnte nicht so gut schlafen wenn man sich anderes gewohnt ist. Der Pool auf dem Dach war sehr schön, sauber, super Sicht auf das Meer und man hatte den pool meistens für sich alleine. Schön zu entspannen. Das Essen im Restaurant (Frühstück und Abendessen) war ganz ok. Die Auswahl war nicht so gross, aber es war gut. Nebem Hotel gab es einen grossen Parkplatz für die Gäste die sogar gedeckt waren Also, ich kanns nur empfehlen.
