"When booking through Expedia website, the details that were provided for the stay was Jaffna Heritage Hotel but confirmed details showed Jaffna Heritage Villa. Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! "The women at the desk are rude and unhelpful. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor. The bed just had a sheet on it. The noise from staff in the front Iof the hotel continues past 11. It starts back up at 6 am but with construction, the cleaners. There are a lot of better options in the area. "
