"The hosts were wonderful, friendly and very good cook. Plus, he is a fabulous musician playing the luth after dinner and singing with his wife for our delight! The setting in the wilderness of the high Cretan mountains was a discovery for us. Highly recommended to discover traditional Cretan hospitality."

"The villa was quite remote in the mountains but that is also what made it so special. We came from the seaside resorts which was busy and crowded and this was a beautiful respite. The view overlooking the entire area from their restaurant was breath taking and absolutely romantic. Taking a hike around the villa was invigorating and the villa itself was quaint but everything was functional - with tv access, hot water shower. In all, a fantastic stay!"

Das Zimmer erinnerte von den Möbeln und der Ausstattung wie auch von den baulichen Gegebenheiten an vergangene Zeiten, gleichwohl war es sehr sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das WLAN war gut, das Frühstück hervorragend und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr schätzenswert. "Very friendly and hospitable host, nothing too much trouble, excellent recommendations for eating out, any problems were sorted. Spectacular views of mountains and surrounding countryside. Could even pick out The Palace of Faistos across the valley. Super pet friendly,( dogs and cats were adorable and no trouble). Pool great for cooling off, plenty of room, secure with electronic gates. In the countryside but on the edge of a village with amenities,( great bakers!). Larger supermarket not far...
