This small single-storey house, located in the hamlet of Bruzes, 3km from the centre of the town of Miremont, is ideally placed to accommodate families on holiday or workers looking for accommodation in the region. 5km from Auterive and Le Vernet, shops and services are easily accessible. Toulouse is about 30 kilometres away. Many possibilities for visits and activities are possible within a radius of 30km: equestrian center at 1km, fishing in Ariège at 2km, departure of hikes at 3km, free street festival in Miremont at 3km (3rd week of July), cinema and market on Friday morning in Auterive at 5km (world music festival on September 14 and 15, 2024), cabaret at Vernet at 7km, Aqualudia swimming pool and market on Saturday morning in Muret at 20km... There is something for everyone and Cathy and Michel will be able to advise you! The house is surrounded by a private enclosed lawned and wooded garden. The owners live in the house next door but the cottage is completely independent and has its own gate from the street. A parking area is available in the courtyard (2 cars). A terrace occupies part of the front of the house, to enjoy the outdoors, relax and eat outside in the summer (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, hammock and deckchairs). Rest assured.
