"Enjoyed having the outside space (privacy provided by hedges) and the upstairs private balcony. Garden looks out across lagoon area and park beyond (not looking at other buildings was nice). Turtles in lagoon. Location was good to visit Sumhuram Archaelogical park (historic port for frankincense trade), frankincense tree reserve, travertine curtain, sinkholes, snorkelling from some beaches, nature lagoons, mountain hiking etc. Spotlessly clean throughout. "This property was a dream come true. The property and the apartment is excellent and accommodating. Beautiful to say the least. It is very relaxing peaceful and just all around perfect for my travel to Oman. The owner was very friendly and helpful and over the top with consideration for my well being. Thank you so very much for such a memorable stay. "

"There is something very magical about Souly Lodge. You expect service, cleanliness -which was 10/10 btw. But the sense of openness, freedom and nature. Wow. To walk out of our lovely (upmarket with a super comfy and large bed) and sit in our veranda just metres from the Arabian Sea with the roar of the waves and an empty white sand beach as far as your eye can see. We were pleased that house was well away from hotel area. Easy parking near front door. Felt very safe & secure. Excellent shower (turn the switch on for hot water!). Host was gracious & helpful via messaging. Very flexible checkin/checkout system. Very glad we chose to stay here rather than a hotel."
