"The room overall was wonderful. We had a slight issue with the Ac not working but they moved us right away and sent maintenance to fix it still. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly. Though it’s a bit difficult to teach front desk from the rooms as our phone didn’t work so my husband kept having to go downstairs for our issues. I would say if they can fix the phone issues/communication with front desk it would’ve been one of our best Miami stays"
