"I loooove the Gale my family has been coming here since it opened. I will say the recent changes with charging $100.00 to guests if they want to check in early is disappointing especially when people are flying in from a different state and time zone. You can tell a lot of things have changed recently. I’m hoping it changes for the better and not alienate people who come here a day before for cruises."

"Overall, a great hotel. However, there is an outdoor pool that closes at 8, yet the gates/pool are not actually closed and there are no signs saying it closes at 8."

"Bathroom tile in room could use cleaning. Pool water did not look clean. 2 Beach chairs included were comfortable but you had to pay for the umbrella. Drinks were ok. Manager at nobu and ocean social was not polite."
