Beach House 402A is a family-friendly beach retreat that has been recently updated with an upscale Floridian decor, features king-size beds in both bedrooms, a large private balcony with a fabulous Gulf-front view, and has three TVs and three DVDs. This beautiful retreat has a full kitchen with upgraded cabinets and countertops and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room has new comfortable furnishings with two swivel chairs and a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has a cozy beach decor with nice off-white furniture and a comfortable king bed. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a nice beach cottage feel. This beach abode was recently painted, has new tiled floors, carpeted bedrooms, and a new washer/dryer. So much to offer: couples retreat, a family getaway - you'll love The Beach House 402A! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person).

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location is fantastic! Property desperately needs a deep clean and updated. It’s supposed to accommodate up to 6 occupants and there were only 5 salad forks and no regular dinner forks! The dining table was dirty and also the range hood and top of the fridge. Plenty of bathroom towels and great location.

Excellent View. All furniture/ Beds were comfortable. Clean. Had the basics. Otherwise a very outdated condo. For the price point and location it was a good deal. Had a lock issue upon arrival and Vacasa property assistant fixed problem within an hour. Hope owners make some minor improvements for the next guests to have an improved stay.

We were locked out of our room for a day and a half. The locksmith that was called was unable to fix the issue so we had to wait until the next afternoon for the problem to be resolved.

Place is close to the beach. Great view. Furniture is not new. Just acceptable. Internet is really slow. Carpet is threadbare. Bedroom carpets need cleaning. For a 200+ cleaning fee I would expect a fresh smelling steam cleaned carpet. It's only vaccumed. Sand was already there in corners and on the balcony.

Want perfect beach weather? Miramar Beach in mid October is the time to go! Want a great place to stay? The Beach House fits the bill! Our balcony had an unobstructed view of the private beach. A free beach setup for each day of our stay was a bonus. The guys providing the beach service were a pleasure to deal with an tries to have your setup in front of the building that you are staying in. The condo was nice and clean even though it is a little dated. The furniture was comfortable. And the place was very quiet (except for the sounds of the surf). The only issue is the parking. There is only 1 parking space provided. If you have 2 or more families coming in, the overflow parking is not very convenient. Over all, it was a great place to spend a beach vacation. We will be back!

The view is amazing from the condo. And everything was clean when we arrived. Only thing that was disappointing was the fact we couldn't use our tent on the beach, so we had to rent an extra umbrella. But we would definitely stay here again!

The security guards are on a power trip. I've never felt more needing to defend just me being on the property than even the Ritz Carlton that we've stayed at. They are seriously the worst customer service oriented security guards that I've ever encountered. Be prepared to be interrogated. Just for this I would not stay here again. The location is great. Easy to walk to the beach. Decent parking. Convenient to get to.

The location and view are TERRIFIC, It's right on the Beach!! The beds were very good and pillows were EXCELLENT! I've been in several VRBO with terrible pillows! The condo is in need of some updates!!! I thought it was very odd that we were just given one kitchen trash bag for a week long stay.
