This home is roughly an 8-minute walk (2-minute Golf Cart ride) to the beachfront road and a 15-minute walk (4-minute Golf Cart ride) to Whale's Tails/public beach access.

There is parking available for 3 mid-sized cars in the driveway and the provided Golf Cart (LSV) in the garage. There is no street parking allowed per HOA rules (strictly enforced). Guests with more cars than fit in the driveway may choose to park additional cars at local commercial lots.
There are smart TV's provided that you can login and and use streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.

A Rental Agreement and Golf Cart Usage Agreements are required to be signed after booking. Any questions on these please let us know and we can send to you before booking if you like.
