This beautiful property was the perfect spot for my daughters' first trip to the beach. The balcony had beautiful views, we even saw a dolphin! They loved the pool and my husband and I loved the quick easy walk to the beach. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this place next time!

First time in Miramar-it was a great beach-condo is huge and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need and more. Restaurant in walking distance. Private gated entry. Quiet evenings, comfy mattress. Cant wait to repeat a longer stay next year. Thanks Chris!!

First time staying in Miramar Beach & we loved everything about it!! It was easy working with Chris with our rental at Huntington By The Sea. We stayed here with my sister & her husband & we were all impressed with the cleanliness, the small private property & the prompt reply from Chris when we had a question. We are looking forward to our next vacation here!

We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.

We had an awesome time. Loved the condo although it didn’t have a washer and dryer … I didn’t pay attention to the listing but the condo, view and location were worth it!!! We could have used the one on the floor but we opted to just enjoy our time!! You won’t be disappointed with the view or the condo!!

We loved our place. It was very nice and super clean. It was perfect, right off the beach. We will definitely be returning and staying in the same place. Only one issue with the front door. We had to pull and push the door every time we went in or out to make sure it was completely closed.

We had a wonderful time! We had great communication with the owner. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had access to the balcony from the living and master bedroom. Waking up to a view of the ocean every morning is a must for us on vacation and it was beautiful. It’s a smaller building so the beach and pool weren’t crowded at all. It’s more private and I would highly recommend this unit to families with kids. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beachfront condo with all the comforts of home with security gates. Balcony for relaxing with coffee and watching dolphins or the kids playing in the clean, heated pool. Well-equipped kitchen for meal prep when dining in. Great beds and linens. Tv's in each bedroom a bonus. Daily on the beach, we enjoyed two chairs and an umbrella as a perk with our rental. Affordable laundry is available on the same floor. Truly a 5-star unit!
