FLOORPLAN
⭐ As you walk in, you will be greeted by our stunning Kitchen, newly updated with gorgeous cabinets, granite countertops and beautiful tile flooring. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and even includes a bar area, perfect for entertaining your Guests. Right off the Kitchen, is the dining area which features a wonderful dining table that seats 6, with 2 additional bar stools at the Kitchen bar. The Living room is adjacent to the Kitchen and offers stylish, and comfortable furniture to relax on while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. The luxurious Living room is decorated with a gorgeous shiplap wall and stunning tile around the electric fireplace. You will love relaxing in our Living room! The Guest Bedroom, closest to the Living room, features two full Beds (our floor plan shows bunks but they have been replaced with two full beds), and a flat screen TV to enjoy after a long day of fun. The Guests' bathroom features a walk-in shower and is located by the guest bedroom. Down the hall is the immaculate Master bedroom which features a beautiful custom wall, painted gold and perfectly paired with a comfortable King bed! This room is absolutely gorgeous and offers a large flat-screen TV and beautiful lighting! Enjoy plenty of closet space in the hallway leading to the master bathroom which features a double vanity his/her sinks and a tile walk-in shower. You will also find the stackable washer/dryer conveniently located in the Master hallway before the bathroom.

OUTDOOR SPACE
⭐ One of our favorite spots at The Beach Cottage is the fabulous outdoor patio area! Our patio offers plenty of seating, where you can spend quality time with your family and friends while watching a game of golf! Outdoor lighting and a fun swing make this area a Guest favorite! GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Two (2) parking passes are provided with your stay! These will be on the kitchen counter for you. You will receive a temporary parking pass at the guard gate upon arrival, but please, replace this pass with the parking pass in the unit once you get settled. All motorized vehicles (including golf carts and motorcycles) must display a valid Seascape vehicle pass. Passes must include the unit number, arrival/departure dates, and vehicle license plate number. Please make sure your pass is filled out in its entirety to avoid receiving a ticket. The resort is very strict on this policy. If you need additional parking passes for your stay, please contact our office at least 48 hours before your arrival. There is a $15 fee for additional parking passes.

WRISTBANDS
⭐ Wristbands are required for you to access the pool. To avoid an additional fee charged to you, please make sure that all wristbands are accounted for on your departure. If a wristband is broken, please leave it in the unit so we can exchange it. There will be an additional fee per missing wristband. These must be left in the villa so the next guest can enjoy the same amenities!

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our villa for your enjoyment. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.

POOL
⭐ There is a heated pool near the tennis courts (HOA Boardwalk) that you can use. It is heated seasonally (typically between Oct-May). There are no lifeguards at the pool, and your use of the pool is at your own risk. We ask that you please follow all the rules posted in the pool area.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. Seascape HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for Resort grounds and amenities.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

FIREPLACE
⭐ The fireplace is for decor only and is not to be used.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
