TOPS'L Summit is all about location! Beachgoers won't believe their eyes when they realize how close they are to the beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a very nice and relaxing stay! It’s nice that the Topsail park is right next to the area so you can escape the crowds on the beach easily. The only thing that can’t be helped is the walls aren’t insulated too great so if there’s a loud family next door you’re going to hear them.

The studio is layout in a way to make you feel like you are staying in a hotel room. The bathroom is amazing and the view is beautiful. You can see the sunrise every morning. The facilities are well taken care of and you get access to a club house with a pool, a sauna, and some other activities. Totally recommend it.

My husband and I absolutely adored this room. It was perfect for a 2 night getaway. The location was best part. Beach access, close to shopping and easy navigation around the property. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with making our stay a breeze. The tips given helped us navigate the area. A few suggestions for anyone looking to stay here: Bring a Bluetooth speaker for the pool. You'll make tons of friends. Make sure you know the rules when renting an umbrella. Use the coffee provided in the room. It's delicious. The walls are thin. You may be able to hear others. Save your leftovers from any of the restaurants. You'll want them after a long hot day at the pool.

The pictures did no justice. The room was amazing and the view was more than we could ask for. There was a few spots that was not cleaned upon arrival. There was hair all over the floor near the bed as well as in the restroom. But everything else was amazing. No major complaints

Did a last minute weekend get away during off -season with my fiance. We wanted to be close to the San Destin resort(Baytown Wharf area is great) but also the beach. Property was a quick walk to the beach with private beach access. Good bed, good shower. Resort has it all if you want it(tennis courts, pools, good gym, shuttle service, putt putt, basketball courts). Resort really has it all.

The grounds were beautiful. Pool and hot tub was cleaned every a.m. security was constantly checking the area. We felt so safe.
