This is a lovely home spacious enough for our large group. The location and access to beach is perfect. We loved and actually used all of the amenities and the chair and umbrella service at the beach was a big plus. Everything was clean and the response time to anything we needed was excellent. After reading some reviews we were a bit concerned about the parking and elevators (to 12th floor) but never had an issue with this at all!

The place was nice. Location and access to the bridge was great. We did find that the pull out couch hadn’t been cleaned. Parking was terrible. The garage never had open spots and was super tight.

This is a wonderful condo! We have stayed 2 years in a row and I'm sure we will return. We love the view, we love the style of the condo, we love the rooms, we love the easy access to the beach. The only down falls are there are only 2 guest elevators and the pool is small for the amount of people in the condo BUT it has not stopped us from coming back. Miramar Beach is beautiful and so is Surfside Resort. I have also enjoyed working with Vacasa. Everyone has been friendly and very efficient.

Clean, organized, spacious, anything you needed was there (beach chairs, sand toys, lots of kitchen accessories, etc) everything was in proper working order and that’s a HUGE plus! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
