Nice ground floor unit!

Property managers were great when we had a water leaking issue. Condo is a short walk to the beach. The pool and facilities are convenient. Condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. We would stay here again!

We ALWAYS book at Maravilla whenever we go to the area. The close access to the beach is phenomenal and we love how private the area is. We had a few issues with the room which we contacted Karen for and she was amazing in helping us. Excited for our next visit!

Maravilla is my favorite place to stay

I recently took my family to Maravilla unit 1111. I have been staying at various condos at the Maravilla since 1998. The space in this condo was nice but the condo needs a little updating .. the dishwasher never got the plates or cups clean. A couple outlets did not work. Shower heads were barely giving water. Location is prime and beach service was great. Overall a great stay !

The chairs on the beach should have been first come first serve,not tip the young men to save u one for the next day. Not enough wash clothes for the room,when we booked it,was supposed to be beach front and was not.

Positives: close to beach, and as described. Excellent customer service. They responded swiftly to our issues which were - the TV dying (replaced within an hour or two!) and the noise from upstairs (kids running around at 6am- they let the family know and it was slightly quieter. So for me it was impossible to sleep in the master because although there are blinds they do nothing for the bright morning sun streaming directly into the master. And the kids above us, and the leaf blower at 7am or so on a Sunday morning, and the construction happened right outside our window. These complaints cannot be helped by management obviously and if you are not a light sleeper you’ll be OK. The light streaming in should absolutely be addressed with the owner. Just put up curtains, in the living room too, since there’s a sleeper sofa there. And why can’t you open the bedroom sliding glass door in the bedroom- I’m assuming it’s because it doesn’t open or close properly but it was bolted shut. . We needed fresh air. So get curtains and fix /unlock the bolted slider Also it would be nice to leave a few beach chairs (and towels) since you only get two with each condoIt just felt like the little things we missing, it was lacking that little bit of extra love that renters appreciate.

We have stayed in this condo before. It's perfect. Beds are comfortable and close to the pool. Short walk to the beach. The only negative thing I can say is the master bathroom tub was setup wrong and water runs down the wall on the outside. You can tell it has been getting wet for a while because the trim boards and the bottom of the vanity are starting to rot. I wanted to go to home depot and get the stuff to fix it myself. The shower only needs a cheap water guard to stop it from going on the floor. The place is comfortable and has plenty of room. We will stay here again.

Very outdated master bedroom

Close to the beach, but not very clean. The master bedroom carpet is very stained and dirty, I did not go barefoot in the whole condo. The vents had so much dust coming out you can see it on the ceiling. I coughed the whole trip because of the dust. The couch was very stained and dirty too. Will not stay there again.

Condo needs a little bit of an update, but overall we were pleased with our stay.

We were pleased with our overall location and surroundings of the condo. Easy access to the beach, but there were a couple of things in the condo that could’ve been updated. There were some pieces of the cabinets in one of the bathrooms that needed to be repaired because the wood was showing around the floorboard. A closet door was broken in the other bedroom. We had a hard time getting in and out of the patio due to the patio door being difficult to open as in it possibly needed some oil. Some of the blinds (on the same patio door) didn’t want to turn a certain way, so it made it difficult to close the blinds. Also, the condo is not very far from him airport, so we heard jets on several occasions. Also, in the child’s bedroom, there was not really good airflow from the air vents in that particular room. The master bedroom bathroom is definitely in need of some updates. Also, it was hard trying to shut the bathroom shower curtain in the master bedroom. The hooks of the shower curtain kept getting hung up on the shower curtain connector rod piece. We thoroughly enjoyed the good carpet in the master bedroom. And the condo was very clean and the bedding and the towels were freshly washed. The dishes were clean, and the refrigerator and dishwasher were also clean. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and Fully Equipped for our Snowbird Stay

Unit 1111 is a nice bright condo...the pictures don't show it as nice as it is. We chose this unit because if was on the ground floor which makes it easy access for the 3 minute walk through the complex to the beach. Plus it provides easy access to your car which you park right outside the door. My only negative is that because you're on the ground floor, there is no privacy on the patio. People can walk by at any time of day or night walking their dogs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. It even has a traditional coffee maker plus a Keurig, a blender, toaster, set of good knives (very unusual for a rental) and a slow cooker! My one complaint...Although the initial contact with the rental agency was excellent (great check-in process), subsequent attempts to reach them via email was terrible. There was a couple of small issues that needed tended (unsecure window, lack of hot water) that were not dealt with. We even tried to book the unit for next winter and got no responses. We finally went through another agency after being told we would be put on a waiting list. Apparently this company won't be representing the owner of this unit in a couple of months, so I'm hoping communication improves. If you are looking for a large condo to accomodate your family, this is a great choice. Miramar Beach is one of the best beaches in the whole area...white sand, clean water, miles of beach for walking. And the Maravilla complex is terrific...right across the road from the beach with private access, a small gym, two pools (one heated for us Snowbirds), a hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. We love it here!

Came with husband and 3 teens. The condo was easy walking distance to the beach, pool, and restaurants. All of which we took advantage of. Communication was great. Plenty of clean towels and working appliances. The room with the twin bed was much smaller than it looks in the photos, but fine for one teen boy. Everything was clean and we had not issues. Would definitely book again.

The location was great! Short walks to beach, swimming pool/hot tub, pickle ball courts. The size of condo was good, but it needs updates…. The worst was the carpet in master bedroom it is gross needs to be replaced. The king mattress needs replacing the left side is broken down and also is stained . The queen mattess is comfy but badly stained. Furniture is worn and torn and needs replacing other wise the fixture, cupboards, and toilets are dated but functional.

Fun place to stay !

I loved the location and our beach chairs daily! Also it felt like this was a home away from Home ! But it wasn’t as clean as I would of hoped. We used the pull out bed and it was a little dirty with trash under the bed! Also the floor didn’t seem clean in kitchen and the master bathroom needs some help the bath tub isn’t in very good shape and and the ceiling is peeling off! But honestly I would stay here again! We had a good time!

Miramar 2021

It was a simple process to rent the property. Plenty of room for all of us! Loved having two pools and the short walk to the beach! The umbrella/chair service is a nice bonus. However, the guy in charge of assigning spots on the beach was a bit jerky most days.
