Note: This property was just purchased by a new owner in January 2025… therefore, although you see previous Reviews in regards to a golf cart, this condo does not have a golf cart at this time because the HOA is requiring the owner to go on a waiting list for a golf cart spot. This beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is located in the neighborhood of Crystal Cove and is located inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Stroll over to Sandestin‘s private beach, just a short ride away.This neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful lush wetland landscaping and overlooking the scenic lake. This home has excellent upgraded furnishings, kitchen, and baths to provide you with modern comfort during your travels. An extended outdoor patio allows you to relax and unwind while you enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast breeze.

As you enter the spacious living area and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open up to the oversized balcony and have the perfect view of the lake.

The living room has been newly decorated with top of the line furniture and a 46" large flat screen TV, DVD player and the couch pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The Kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite and cabinets that are stocked with all the housewares items you might need if you're staying in for the night.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and balcony access! The master bath has a double vanity with a walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Located within the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort; Crystal Cove offers convenient access to all of the fun things to do in Sandestin w/access to everything that makes this resort so special.

Pleasant stay

We had an overall nice trip and enjoyed the porch, comfortable furniture, and quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that it felt a little further away from the beach than we usually like to stay and the golf cart was a little slow.

Beautiful location and golf cart great bonus!

Great weekend getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We found the condo setting so very peaceful. The deck / patio area is very large. The kiddos especially loved waking up to all the turtles 😊 The condo was perfect for our family of four, very well stocked! The owner was very responsive & the golf cart was an added bonus. We did not use the bikes but were thrilled to find some chairs & sand toys. The property is about 5 minutes from Baytowne Wharf & 10 minutes from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo itself is pristine and centrally located. The golf cart was convenient and we enjoyed taking it to the beach and Publix. The property management was readily available and friendly for a few questions that came up, overall a great stay!

Quick getaway

This was a last minute trip to Sandestin and we enjoyed the property. It was easy to check in and out. Everything was clean and well maintained. The golf cart was key for getting around.

Great location

No need to fight the traffic around town. Everything you need is just a short golf cart ride away. Shops and places to eat are right there in the resort area. You can cruise over to the beach through the tunnel in the golf cart and even take it to the wharf for dinner. We liked the condo being tucked back a bit away from the busy areas because it was quiet and peaceful yet it was still close enough to everything we needed. Bonus the shopping mall is right around the corner. We had a great time and enjoyed the cozy condo with a great view.

Best vacation ever had!

This place was amazing! It was so relaxing. Having the golf cart made it even better. The resort your in is beautiful. We drove the golf cart to eat breakfast over the bay. Not a far drive to the beach. I will definitely be back. Property owner was on top of things and very nice man. A+ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was great. I wish there was a better map of the property showing places to eat, etc. the golf cart was a great way to get around. But hard to navigate for a first timer. Found out we could take to the shopping center , beach ,etc. needed a better map.
