Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient to both VPS & ECP airports. Situated in a quiet/secure neighborhood, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Property was impeccably clean and noticeably allergen free. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk room....truly family oriented. Living/ dinning/kitchen areas were spacious and perfect for a large family. The swimming pool was crystal clear, and we enjoyed the BBQ grill and dinning/ chaise loungers on the extra large pool deck The ping pong table in the garage was an unexpected treat that we all enjoyed. Our family routinely stays at rental properties and we especially appreciated the ease of booking , the property mangers personalized attention, and the upscale amenities .

Family friendly, very close/walking distance to everything - beach, shopping, food, etc. Pool was amazing, the house was very clean and spacious. The host was always quick to respond when we had any questions. My entire family agreed that this was far better than expected and would 100% rent this property again! They host and house helped make our first big family vacation an excellent experience.

The house was super clean and nice it fit perfectly the 9 of us. The pool was a big hit for our kids! Very close to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly people around. I absolutely would book again! Communication with the property management team was the only struggle, the response time is very slow if you haft to get ahold of them. Overall had a wonderful time.
