Have a cookout on the first deck as the sun sets brilliantly over the aqua waters, get some sunshine on the middle deck while pelicans float by or watch the moonlight dance across the water’s surface from the top deck. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
