Upon entry, guests will find the stunning open air kitchen complete with pendant lighting, ample bar and counter space and a built in seating arch for when breakfast or dinner are done. Store your groceries in the stainless steel side by side fridge or in the exposed shelving pantry area with bar space underneath. Cook up your favorite meal on the flat top stove/range with all the ease of the sink/dishwasher just behind you. If it's outdoor surf and turf you seek, the grilling station looks directly out on the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the bright and tranquil living room with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and beach décor throughout setting the scene for relaxing and serene environment. Fold open all four panels of the panoramic door and soak up the picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico or step out onto the open air terrace for a breeze. With all the comforts of beautiful natural lighting, this living room is the perfect place to relax after a fun filled day at the private beach. Completing this level of the home is a full hallway bathroom with walk in shower and sink.

The second floor of this home features a spacious Master King Suite with a private spa like bathroom complete with walk in shower and jetted tub. This suite has access to a private fully furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is perfect for kids two double-over-double bunk beds and sleeps 8. The third bedroom on this floor has 2 queen beds and views of the gulf. This floor features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanities.

The third floor of Surfin' Sea features a King Suite with a mounted flat-screen television and private bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub, and stand-up shower. Also with its own private furnished balcony, the views of the Gulf are a perfect retreat to watch the sunset!

If you're seeking peace from the wild fun of vacation, enjoy the lovely attached carriage house which features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, a full bath and kitchenette with a living/dining area.

The 4’ picket fence and yard overlook the sugar white sand dunes. There are beautiful lounge chairs with an umbrella in the yard. The grass area facing the gulf is maintained like a Las Vegas luxury hotel with lush vegetation and privacy. Relax in your personal sanctuary overlooking the private 400’ of beach exclusively for Shipwatch houses. You are able to stroll through the gate and walk directly onto the snow white sand of the uncrowded Shipwatch beach. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on the bottom floor.

There is parking to accommodate up to 3 cars, dependent on size. There is additional parking for overflow at the beginning of the neighborhood for guests to utilize. The Shipwatch community is gated and the beach is private. It is located less than a quarter mile from a large grocery store, pharmacy, many different restaurants, and the outlet mall are all within walking distance. Once you vacation in Shipwatch, you will never want to leave!

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered from March 1st to October 31st. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.   * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*  No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* Tents and canopies- Are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulation

* Weddings/Events – Weddings and events require Walton County permits, prior approval from Beach Reunion, and a $750.00 event fee.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
