Prospective guests should be aware of major discrepancies between the listing's "luxe" description and the actual property conditions.Beach Access Misrepresentation: Prior to booking, management explicitly confirmed via messaging that the property featured a "5-6 mins walking only" beach access requiring a code. This is false. There is no walkable or private beach access. Guests must drive or take a shuttle to reach the beach.Property Maintenance and Cleanliness: Upon arrival, a full, moldy cup of coffee was left on the patio.The condo had a heavy, persistent foul odor from day one that air fresheners could not mask.One patio chair has a large hole in the seat and the other is severely worn, making outdoor seating unusable. The view was of the golf course and the property did not have an ocean view as advertised.The bedroom dresser is structurally flimsy, has drawers that do not close properly, and is covered in what appear to be marker/scribbles. The bedroom mattress/frame squeaks loudly with any movement mimicking the sound of cheap foldout out couch. No oven mitts were provided in the kitchen.Check-in Issues: There was an administrative failure at arrival. It required over an hour on the phone with different customer service reps just to receive the QR code required to pass through the gate for parking.The property lacks the basic maintenance required of a luxury rental, and the location data provided by management was deliberately misleading.
