This incredibly beautiful upscale penthouse unit is both cozy and inviting with phenomenal Gulf views from an expansive private twelfth-floor balcony. The living area features upscale furniture, a cozy settee, three coordinating chairs, a great flat screen TV, a DVD player, and access to your private penthouse balcony where you can see for miles! This unit has been upgraded with travertine flooring in the main living areas. You will also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen upgraded kitchen with cherry cabinets, fine appliances, and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. There is plenty of dining seating with a fine dining table for eight as well as four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a lovely king bed, a large flat screen TV, and access to a private full bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a great queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the second full bathroom. You will find hall bunks just off of the guest bedroom featuring two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with designer bedding. The unit also includes a CD stereo system, a wine fridge, wireless internet access, and a private washer and dryer. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Not busy or crowded was a beautiful condo. No problems whatsoever. Walk to the beach is alittle much but you can easily drive and park if you get there early enough. Would stay again

We had a good stay at this condo. Plenty of places to sleep. Kitchen was well stocked. The couch as others reviewed is not the most comfortable, but we didn't rent this condo to sit on the couch. We enjoyed the views from they large deck andtheloungarea by the pool.

Great property. Exactly as pictured(would have loved to stay in the bedroom right off the balcony but it was out of commission). Sunsets were the best! Would definitely come back again especially this time of the year.

This is home is so perfect for a bug family or 2 small families. The home is nice and cozy with the best views of the ocean. The house has a big hallway which open on the living room and gives a spacious feel with fantastic ocean views. The balcony is also good sized for all to enjoy the breeze and the oceN. Highly recommended.

Best view ever! Lots of room for the kiddos to run around and play. Microwave and dishwasher don’t work. Hopefully they can get those fixed. Carpets in the rooms are old and need replacing or tile.

We loved the location, the view, the amenities. Our only complaint is that the AC way underperformed. Never below 74 in the condo with it only low to mid 80's outside. I imagine summer is unbearable.

The condo was up to date and very clean. The price was exceptional. The balcony looked over the beach and the view was amazing. My husband is disabled and is was wonderful that there was an elevator and covered garage. Check in was very easy. VACASA stayed in touch me me before, during and after to ensure I had everything needed. The condo is local to many amenities and stores. Worth it in many ways.

This unit has wonderful view and very spacious. Unfortunately it hasn’t been deep cleaned in quite a while! Couch seems broken and definitely thread bare, carpet dirty, paint on walls scratched, and we saw a few roaches. It’s a shame because it’s a great space and could be so much more if a little TLC we’re given to it.

Unit is too old with a lot of problems, bathroon vent ver loud cover coming of the ceiling on both bathroom, light dont work in the bathroom or the little room, microwave is very old , oven takes for ever, shower glass door barely in place, couch is too old, will never stay there again

One star because of the amazing views. But this condo needs a major update. Roches were everywhere in kitchen. Make sure to bring your roach spray. All walls are dirty, couch is so old, mattresses are old, dining chairs are broken and so are kitchen stools. Not to mention carpet in bedrooms are filthy. Nice location but definitely not coming back here until they make some upgrades.

We lucked up and got this unit sorts last minute for a quick family get away! The check in process was smooth as the security team was very nice and informative. The unit itself overall was great and the location was amazing! This unit is located on the very top floor of the building and overlooked the ocean! When sitting in the living room all you saw was beautiful water. The couch was a little extra loved and broken in, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. We did find a used q-tip in the window sill of the master bedroom but that was the only downside. Some of the paint throughout the unit could use a touch up but the unit stays consistently booked so maybe something to consider during non busy times. Overall this was a great unit and my family and I felt very comfortable there. We would definitely be looking to book this same unit next year for our family vacation!

Pros: AMAZING view of ocean, great parking, and no long elevator wait times. Cons: Unfortunately, these outweigh the pros in our opinion. The furniture was some of the most uncomfortable we have ever sat on. The couch is so worn out, it was difficult for us, including our 5 year old, to get off of, because it sinks so far down. Watch your step when walking out onto the balcony. The barrier is higher than normal. My 60 year old mom fell within the first 5 mins of us being there because she tripped, & my 5 year old tripped a couple days later. The dryer door is a pull down and it doesn’t not work in the space. The door can only be opened a fraction of the way because of how close the wall is to the door. The vents in both bathrooms sound like a motor running on a car & unfortunately, the vents are hooked on with the main light fixtures. The toilet in the master bathroom runs almost constantly. We had to keep the door closed because I’m a light sleeper and it woke me up at night. The sheets on the master bed kept coming off and they were very difficult to get back on. One of the barstools has a cushion that is not attached and someone could get hurt if they tried to use it. I thought this place was actually located ON the beach, but it is not. It is across a street. It’s a small street, but there’s traffic none the less. Getting to the beach is difficult to figure out. There’s only one sign (that we saw) pointing to the beach. We didn’t know at first we had to go through the pool area to get to the beach, so we walked all the way around the entire building. Finally, there were quite a few gnats all around the condo. I honestly wanted to rate the place less than a 3. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is for the space of the place, the view, & how great the parking was. Other than that, unfortunately, we probably won’t be back.

The layout and view were the only good things about the place. The place is in need of an overhaul. Let's start with walking in you see several rugs that line the hall to the living room to the amazing view. The rugs are filthy and stained. For a 2 bedroom you need more then a love seat and a couple of arm chairs to sit everyone comfortable. The love seat made noises that sounded like it could fall apart if a grown adult sat on it. Only the 8 and 9 year old used it. The love seat sunk in and low towards the back of it. The arm chairs are faded and stained. No place to sit and relax in the living room area that didnt make you want to take a shower after. The kitchen table looked great then you pulled out the chairs and they are super wobbly and falling apart. There were only 3 chairs out of 8 that were solid. The balcony and the views were amazing. Got to sit outside and people watch. The king bedrooms carpet was filthy and stained and several soft spots as you walked around. You don't want anything touching the floor if you want to use it again. The king bed was incredibly hard and when your partner moves around you got bounced around. The matress pad and pillows are stained. The fan has 3 speeds super high, extremely high, and so fast its going to take off flying. Also the fan light switch is the same switch to turn the lamp on needs to be rewired. The lamp shades are stained and have dust built up. The bathroom connecting to the king bedroom has a good layout. Lots of black mold and mildew in the shower and built up gunk on the shower heads. The smell in the shower was so bad it made you feel so dirty after your shower. The toilet ran and made a high pitched sound the lasted 10 seconds every 5 mins. The exhaust fan has years of built up dust and debris with mold and water spots around it. The queen bedroom was just as bad hard bed and stained carpet. The second bathroom was a little bit better. The tub did have mildew and black mold just not as bad. The bunk beds are such an awesome place for the kids to sleep. But the mattresses are pretty thin and not comfortable. My child found a bug in one of the beds the first night and refused to sleep on that side. Overall the walls were scratched up and beat up from normal wear and tear. The walls had a lot of built up dust on them. We booked the place for four nights and left a day early from just not being comfortable and feeling so dirty and backs hurting from the beds. The amenities were awesome. Nice little walk to the beach and easy access to the pools. Parking wasn't that bad even with construction going on in the parking deck.

Although the condo is big and the view is amazing, it is not worth having to literally plunge the toilet EVERY TIME you use it, we reported it every day and they just kept saying they were checking in to it. In addition, 2 of the 6 chairs on the balcony were to broken to use, again we reported but no one fixed it or replaced it. The owners desperately need to put some money back into this condo. Majestic Sun, the owners and Vacasa should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen and then to not fix it in a timely manner. Very disappointed!

This top floor, penthouse unit was perfect for us! You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony- at least in Dec this was the case. The views are amazing! Really spectacular. Great kitchen- we cooked 3 dinners there during our stay and they had everything we needed. The couch in the living room seemed to be brand new. The beds were super comfortable. We brought extra blankets, (Dec stay) and my husband was happy to have the extra layer during the night. The heated pool was great! Short walk to the beach. Two restaurants/bars within walking distance. The Winn Dixie was just up the road. Everything was perfect and we look forward to returning. 5 stars from us!

As a family of 5 (three grown teens), this unit had more than ample space for everyone with two bunks left to spare. The view was worth it all. To be able to start the day and end the day sitting on the balcony listening and watching the Gulf was amazing. That being said, there is the bare minimum in the condo. The blankets are basically a thick sheet on each bed. There is one very scratched up non-stick pan. So any cooking you may want to do make sure to plan to bring whatever you might need. Also the balcony furniture was coming apart. We did call maintenance and they came about 24 hours later and tightened up screws that were loose and completely poking out. The pools here are awesome. We were lucky to be here on yellow flag days on the beach, but if it had been red flags we would have still had a great view and good swim options. Oh - and the elevators were TERRIBLE when we were here. There were signs saying they were waiting on parts, but while we were there everyone in the building would get on an elevator no matter if it was going up or down because no one knew when the next one might come. That was a nuisance being on the 12th floor. Again, we would likely stay again because it had the space and the view can't be beat. But at the price point we are paying it leaves much to be desired.

We rented this unit for 1 month. The views from the windows and balcony were spectacular. The reason for the rating of 3 is due to the condition of the living room furniture. The love seat is very uncomfortable; had to use 2 pillows behind your back. It also sunk so low that getting off it took extra effort. The side chairs were also badly worn. The linens for the king bed are worn and thin. The amenities of a Majestic Sun were wonderful. We considered renting again next year but not with the current furniture. We called Vacasa to inquire about plans to replace it. We were told they would check with the local Vacasa folks and get back with us. We never heard back so we went with a different unit and property manager for next year.

Perfect location, large apt, perfect balcony view. The only thing that I did not like was some dirty walls, the carpet that is in the TV room and the entrance are very old, dirty and in poor condition. the decoration and furniture are from the 80s. Apart from those things I liked the stay and had an excellent time
