This condo is located in Emerald Waters right across the street from the beach and has been completely remodeled in Jan 2025. Pet friendly unit with 2BD 2BA sleeps 6. Complex offers private gated beach access, swimming pool, hot tub, picnic grilling area and has an elevator. Sunrise and sunset are truly an event right from your 3rd floor balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Loads of dining with a breakfast bar and a full dining table that sits 6. Walk to Pompano Joe's restaurant and Alvin's Island. CVS pharmacy is just a few blocks away as well as many other attractions.

Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Mall and The Grand Boulevard are within a few miles of this unit.

Sleeping arrangements

1 King bed with private bathroom.
2 full sized bunk beds with door to main bathroom.

Each room has a television.

Parking: Parking is not designated but you must display at all times a parking pass. Parking pass will be left on the kitchen counter for you. If you need more than one parking pass you need to let us know prior to arrival.

Your entry code will be given to you prior to check in on check in day.
The code will be reset after each guest's stay.

Pets: One dog may be kept during your stay 25 Llb or less with a $150. non refundable pet fee.
