Good location and access to the beach. Could use some updating and work on electrical plug in master bath ( my hairdryer would not stay plugged in). Clean condo.

Great location severely outdated interior

Miravilla was great the location was wonderful. Communication was excellent. The sink Leakes, master bathroom screams and leaks. Master bedroom bed is broken or the headboard feels broken. Carpet is severely stained and old. We enjoyed the stay but the unit needed updating. Photos didn’t show the age of the amenities of the unit.

Great location

All communication regarding property was very helpful and accurate. The property is a great location. It seems well maintained and evident that upgrades continue with some of the condos. It needs a little paining here and there. We liked the size of the complex too, not too big. Only minor complaint is the smell of the rug in the condo. It smelled like animal urine had been a problem in the past.

All of your socket plugs are loose. We couldn’t charge our phones or computers. It was only 1 socket was good and that was the kitchen.

Time on the Beach, almost.

This unit was very good, spacious and close to everything we wanted. Unfortunately Coronavirus upset our total enjoyment but we made the best of it and this was great place to stay put. I would like to recommend to management that they increase the water heater setting so you don't have to wait so long between showers for multiple people in the unit. Also the cleaning process should and set up of the units should not use fragrances in the detergents as many people are allergic to chemical fragrances such as myself. I washed all the lining after the first nights sleep becuase of this. Fragrances can set off asmatic attacks.

Detailed Report of Negative Experience: Early Morning Disturbances: Construction activities began consistently before 8:00 AM, with noise levels reaching disruptive peaks. This included hammering, the use of wheel grinders, and loud banging that resonated throughout the condominium. Proximity of Construction: The construction was not merely adjacent to the property, but directly on the condominium's balcony, placing the noise source within arm's reach. This proximity amplified the disturbance, making it impossible to ignore. Master Bedroom Noise Impact: The master bedroom, intended as a sanctuary for rest, became a focal point of the noise. The constant hammering and grinding created an unbearable environment, preventing any attempt at relaxation or sleep. Daytime Nuisance: The construction noise persisted throughout the day, eliminating any opportunity for daytime naps or peaceful moments within the condominium. The inability to escape the noise created a constant state of agitation. Lack of Prior Notification: There was no adequate prior notification of the extensive and disruptive nature of the construction. This lack of transparency reflects poorly on the management's commitment to guest comfort. Impact on Overall Experience: The cumulative effect of the construction noise transformed what should have been a relaxing beach getaway into a stressful and frustrating ordeal.

Down the road from Destin

This was our first time to the Destin/Miramar beach area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy quick walk to the beach. Pickleball, shuffleboard, cornhole all located on site with the necessary items right inside the clubhouse for easy use. Heated pool was a nice temp for the cooler weather. Pet friendly with lots of dog walking going on which was great for our two pooches! The condo was nice. There are some things that could be updated and a few minor things that need some tending to - the ice maker/water line made a large popping noise when refilling, the towel bar in the first bath is loose and fell off the wall at one point, and the shower in the master bedroom started making a loud screaming sound from the faucet when showering but we were able to fix that by occasionally pushing down the knob to switch from shower to bath and back to shower (I assume it was a pressure issue but possibly just needs new fixtures). The biggest headache was that the outlets all seemed to be very worn and our appliances would not stay plugged in to charge. Overall, these were very minor things in our opinion and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely keep this property on our list for a possible return to the area.

Ok at best..

Check-in was delayed two hours due to cleaning service not being done. Already had a car full of groceries and two children so not ideal. The cable on the T.Vs were not working. Had to have the property manager come by to fix them. The couch was very uncomfortable and the bed in the master was not anything to desire either. There were no extra trash bags or toilet paper in the unit. The view from the balcony is also very deceiving. We did enjoy the two pool options and the proximity to the beach and other places.

Great location. Booking process was a breeze.

Loved the room. It was pet friendly which was nice for our little Frenchie. Two pools on premises, but we're always filled up with people and no social distancing. So never went to the pool. Had a area with basketball goal which seem to belong to the condo residence and a neighborhood behind condimenums so always had to wait to use. The area where animals used the bathroom it seemed though owners were very non responsible for their pets not picking up the feces. It was disgusting when your dog steps in another dogs mess due to massive dog droppings everywhere. They provide a station with bags for that reason. Just lazy owners. Those kinds of people make it difficult to bring your pets in pet friendly establishments. Other than that it was a nice stay across from the beach and there is a back entrance to main highway to avoid all the two way road traffic. I would definitely stay there again.
