Quiet location with front and back patio and 2nd-floor balcony in the master bedroom. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bath. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has two full beds and there is also a half bath on the main level. Large 1300 square foot townhome. If you love Destin and want all the conveniences of a large townhome that’s only a short walk to the beach and don’t want to pay high prices and use parking decks and elevators this is the ideal family spot.
