“Relaxing and peaceful” in every way describes this Fairways villa. Our fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a pleasure and is updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill located just off the screened back porch. The dining area offers seating for six guests with additional bar seating. With cushy seating and a large HDTV, the family room is comfortable and inviting! There is even a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests. Relax on the spacious screened back porch and enjoy the fresh air and peaceful golf course views. A separate deck with outdoor seating offers lounge seating perfect for watching golfers!

The master bedroom suite offers a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space and a lovely view. Just a step away, the adjoining master bathroom is designed with an oversize walk in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and access through sliding glass doors to the screened back porch. The guest bathroom offers a bathtub-shower combination and is located a few steps down the hallway. There is a large laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer. Wifi and tram service are complimentary.

The Fairways is situated on the bayside of the Resort and sits right on The Links Golf Course. With picturesque views and convenience to the beach and swimming pool, the location of this property makes it perfect! There are two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated) that you are welcome to use while vacationing in our villa. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
