This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, quartz counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout. Pool Size: 6' X 8'. The neighborhood also features a large community pool. The beach front lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of is at your fingertips!

Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach. You can also reserve your spot each morning through the Frangista Beach service vendor (La Dolce Vita) These aren't your typical chair and umbrella beach boys, the guys at La Dolce Vita can assist with all of your beach sports needs including but not limited to; bike rentals, jet skis, parasailing, surf board rental, boogie boards, snorkeling, beach going wheel chairs and even a floating adventure park! If you grow tired of the surf and sand take a dip in the Frangista Beach community pool located in the center of the neighborhood on Los Angeles Street.

The water sports and outdoor activities wear you out head on over to the Silver Sands premium outlet mall where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Frangista Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options within a 10 mile radius of your community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joes) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytown wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids and fireworks all summer long! (Just 5 minutes east of Frangista Beach)

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

We have rented several different properties from Frangista Beach. Treasure On Gulf is one of our favorite’s. The bedrooms are all beautiful with large beds and the bunk room was amazing. The decor is just perfect. The outdoor spaces have lots of comfortable seating. The views of the Gulf of course cannot be more stunning.Frangista Beach is a super responsive and personable realty company, love working with them. Wonderful vacation!!

The towels were soft, the house was clean, the AC worked great and the property management was extremely responsive and very kind. I 100% recommend. We went with 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The house pool was perfect for kids and the community pool is great! Book it! We would definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough great things.

Coastal Treasures Pros and Cons

The place was beautiful and we enjoyed the opportunity to stay there.The location was convenient. The driveway was precarious to get in and out of at times depending on the time of the day.The matresses could be updated. The 3rd floor mattress was soft with extreme soft spots that made it difficult to rest.The furniture in the living room area left some room for improvement.Overall the experience was great and we had a great vacation.The beach was good, we only had some people encroach on us the last couple of days. One lady literally put a towel on the ground next to our chairs. Then another family that was not staying on the beach had beach service chairs set up between us and the other family staying in the unit next to ours. This family had many persons and kids . They were sitting in front of us on the beach and their kids were slinging sand on my wife burying each other next to our chairs. No one wants confrontation on vacation. I feel if you are renting a unit directly on the beach there should be a reserved area behind the unit. The people not on the beach should have a designated area since they have not paid the additional cost for having a beach front property. When you reserve a unit on the beach directly you should not have to fight for space with someone staying blocks away. I know this is a challenge but it should be seriously considered since the cost of a unit is more than one three blocks away.Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this loacation.

I would advise those considering this house to bring toiletries with you. For the first time in renting a nice beach house, we had no body wash and just a small bar of soap per bathroom. There were no napkins and only four placemats for dining. I also thought it was in need of a touch up. The master bath's tile was dingy and chipped.

Located directly on the water. private Beach access and beautiful decor I woke up each morning with a stroll on the beach and finished with a cup of coffee from one of three amazing beach view patios. The grill that was provided did not work and the very next day rental service delivered a brand new grill. The service was great. This house was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We will absolutely stay again .

Great location and the house was very clean and well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. The elevator was extremely helpful when my 93 year old father came for a week. Frangista Beach management was extremely helpful and prompt with attention to our request to tighten a stair railing and replace a light bulb that had burned out. This was our third year returning to Frangista Beach but the first time we rented a house on the beach. Thank-you Hector at the management company for all your assistance, you made the process of renting and staying in one of your houses easy.

Coastal Treasure is a nice place but was in need of a few things and I understand recently purchased by new owners who are working to get the property up to the standards of their other property, which is beautiful. Clare at Frangista was wonderful and had a coffee maker and other things brought over in record time. Everything that we reported was looked at immediately and the maintenance guys were very nice and professional. I can't say enough positive about Frangista Beach Properties.

"Coastal Treasure" On Gulf-Frangista Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we used Frangista Beach Properties and we absolutely loved our stay at Coastal Treasure. We have been staying in the area for over 20 years using other rental agencies and by far, this one has been the best. The location is fantastic with gorgeous views of the gulf from each balcony. The home was very clean. Not a piece of sand to be found anywhere upon arrival. And for a pet friendly home there was no pre-existing damage or smells. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a great time. Other pet rentals we have stayed at in the past you definitely knew they were pet friendly upon arrival, not this home! Nicely appointed furnishings, beds were comfortable with clean linens, ample towels and a fully stocked kitchen with a few amenities like dish soap etc. to get you through the first day or so. So, if your staying make sure you shop for your daily needs. It was so nice having lunch and dinner every night on the balcony. We ate out only a few times and picked up fresh fish at Destin Ice and grilled most meals at home with the outdoor grill. Miramar is a very nice quiet area with everything you need within reach and even walking distance-It's why we always come back! We stayed early January and the weather was great. Walked the beach everyday and had the most relaxing vacation we have had in years! Neighboring vacationers on both sides very friendly and vacationing with their dogs too! Very pleased with our stay! Looking forward to coming back!

The mgmt staff was very helpful & answered all our questions. This was a different stay for us, we've never rented a house before but would highly recommend it. We've always done beach condos. The living room space was a little small for the 11 of us and 3 babies but we made it work. The bunk room does not have direct access to a bathroom so that was a little inconvenient, but again, we made it work. All the parking in this community is very limited so parking 4 cars was very tight in a rental that could sleep up to 16+ people. Limited parking made unloading and loading difficult. But all of us had a wonderful time and we would consider staying here again if it fits our needs in the future. We've always stayed closer to Destin so this was our first time in Miramar and we really enjoyed the area, still close enough to the traditional things we like to do!

Rough Weather / Great Getaway

There was one sliding door that leaked when the rain blew a certain direction 2. The dryer didn’t work very well 3. The bunk room doesn’t have good access to a bathroom.
