For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Phil Hummel Pool and NEW Audubon Pool on the north side of the resort. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for the pool closure inconvenience.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
