Beautiful Owner Managed Condo at the Crescent - Best Complex in Destin

Welcome to the beautiful beaches of Destin! Our recently redecorated, platinum rated condo is waiting for family and friends to enjoy one of the most requested properties on the Gulf Coast! The condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king size bed with a bath with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, granite counter top, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new king size bed with attached full bath. Two twin beads, with a full bath, make up the third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen, dining room and living room make up one large area and is comfortably appointed with two full-sized couches (one is a sleeper), new recliner, new coffee and end tables, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a table that seats 6, and 3 barstools. A large deck, which overlooks the pool area and the Gulf, is accessible from the living room, as well as the master bedroom.

The Crescent is conveniently located to shopping areas, grocery stores and restaurants. Covered parking is available. There is a total of 68 units on four floors within the complex. There are two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and plenty of space to enjoy the sun at the pool and beach. The Crescent offers meeting rooms, a fitness center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided by owner), on-site management, on-site maintenance, and is a secured, gated complex. The Crescent is simply a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation with family and friends!

Great condo

Condo is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful, pools are great and beach is steps away. Love this condo and beach location. Grocery store nearby. It is a busy area, but not quite as congested as Destin proper.

Love the Crescent!

We love staying at the Crescent and it’s definitely our favorite by far! The facilities are so clean and well maintained. The convenience of being right on the beach is perfect and having the pool located in between is so nice. It’s a family friendly atmosphere which we love. Chris was awesome to work with, but there were no issues or problems whatsoever. Will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

We loved our stay at The Crescent. There is easy access to the beach and pool. Neither the beach or the pool were overly crowded during our stay. The resort is in a great area with restaurants, shopping, and activities within a short walk or drive. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed.

My family of (5) really enjoyed this condo for our week long vacation. The interior amenities were terrific and it was very comfortable. The space and location was second to none, and the direct access to the gorgeous beach and huge private pool were enjoyed by our entire family. We would definitely stay here again. Great Family vacation

Comfortable clean condo on first floor. Great space for all to spread out. Husband and I stayed with daughter and her husband and 2 yr old. Enjoyed the balcony with view of ocean and pools. Smaller pool was heated. Nice kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. would recommend!

Mirimar Beach at Destin

We have been going to the Destin area for years and have stayed at multiple units around Destin. I have to say this was our best accomodations. The condo had great views, loved the patio. It was spacious l, we had 8 people with us and we had plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Property manager was friendly and a call away if needed. Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is very well maintained, with an awesome master bath, and the beach is amazingly beautiful with its clear blue/green water. The pool was also a big hit with our group. We had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Chris’ communication was clear and helpful! We were so pleased that we were able to check in about 1.5 hours early! We would definitely rent here again.

Great Condo!

This is a well appointed condominium with great amenities. We used the exercise room, front desk personnel, and the beach service every day. The condo itself is well decorated and comfortable to stay in. We've stayed several units at the Crescent and this one has been totally renovated with all updates you'd expect with a platinum unit.

Just like being at home!

We have rented several properties in Florida and this was the first one that we felt like it was our home. The owners have provided everything you would want and are wonderful to work with. Crescent is a great complex with many friendly people. The complex is within walking distance to Winn-Dixie grocery store and several restaurants. We are looking forward to our return trip!
