Great Vacation Condo

This was a perfect condo for a stay at the beach. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen wss fully stocked with everything needed to make a variety of meals. A grocery store and a pharmacy were a short walk away. Would highly recommend the area and this condo.

Fall Break Beach Trip

The condo itself was beautiful, however, common areas need some updating. It had a great view with a large balcony, and loved having the beach chairs/umbrella included with our stay! We hope to return soon!

We loved the building and that we were right on the beach. The condo was amazing! Our only complaint was with the parking garages. They might want to consider putting that on their site that you cannot drive a truck to stay because there are very few parking spots outside of the garage.

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. Our room was perfect for us (family of 4) & we easily could have had 6. The kitchen is well equipped. The sink disposal doesn’t work great but I didn’t call bc it really didn’t impact us this trip. We would definitely stay at the resort and specifically in this unit again.

We had no issues with checking in and getting into the property. Text and portal provided clear instructions. Our unit was clean and what was expected. Only item needing attention would be the carpet in the bedrooms, needs to be updated.

Best summer vacation

I stayed here with my 13yr old son, a friend, and her 12yr old daughter. Every year we try to take the kids some place different, and they loved it here! The condo is very conveniently located. It’s right across from a grocery store as well as a few shopping places. If we weren’t on the beach or at the pool, we were on the balcony. The views are perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. We are definitely trying to go back next year!

Great Condo Option

We had a great stay at a very nice, clean property. This was our first stay at a condo as we usually have a larger group and rent a house. This was a last minute getaway plan so we tried something new. The property was nice and the condo was perfect for our group. We did not use the pools available, but they looked great, it was a short walk to the beach. My only suggestion would be to provide more details on how to access the gate and how to navigate the property since there isn’t a check-in at a desk to gain those details. Thanks again for the great accommodations.

Quality room and locale

The unit had quality decor, comfy bed and pillows. You can tell the owners take the renters needs into consideration. Anything you can think of you’d need was there. From kitchen appliances (crockpots, blenders, coffee makers, etc.) to beach needs with (sand toys, mini cooler, boogie board, etc.). The large balcony was nice for relaxing and enjoying the view of the ocean, the water was so clear over 50 yards into the water even. The grounds were well taken care of, and it’s a secure location with gated entry. 100% recommend, would love to stay here again!

Vacation at Edgewater

Wifi did not work properly while we were at the property. Computer and phones It showed was connected to the wifi network, but didn’t know when we try to acces the internet. We use our hot spot .

Great to be back at Edgewater!

We first stayed here - several times - in the mid to late 80s. Still a very nice and well-kept property with a beautiful view! Only two suggestions: Make sure the security guard has a complete list of guests arriving that day. Our late arrival was confusing for him. Also, a paper packet always helps, or at least a hard copy of the property layout is good to have.

Great views!

Miramar beach area is the best! Edgewater is an older property but our unit was clean and had great views of the Gulf. All was as agreed upon and the unit was exactly as the pictures portrayed. The check in and check out process needs to change- we had to travel out of our way to check in and check out, which added unnecessary time spent in Destin traffic. A physical check in and check out process is unreal - who does that anymore?!? Other than that, loved the trip!

Condo was a good location and had what we needed. A few issues though- Sewer sludge drained into front patio juniper planters, tv didn’t work in master bedroom, fuzz from dryer vent blew all over front entrance. Lamps needed lightbulbs.

Great view of the ocean

Space was large and clean, great view of ocean from bedroom and living room. The guest bedroom light was not working and the guest bathroom fan needs looked at. There were lots of useful items in kitchen. Condo was clean. Overall a good stay. However only one elevator at our end of the building was working during our stay and there were long waits for it far too often. This one elevator broke down once while we were there as well. There was noone to check us in and tell us how to access the beach without having to use the stairs. We carried our wagon up and down all the pool steps many times before being told by another guest how to go to beach without having to climb stairs. Due to the elevator issues we would not return to this resort.
