IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of August 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote.

This bright and renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo will have you leaving your worries at the door when you see the stunning gulf water and white sandy beach views! The kitchen features granite countertops with a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. Whether you decide to dine in or take out, the kitchen and dining area provide all basic supplies your family should need to make a meal at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV, gorgeous views of the beach and access to the spacious patio. You also have an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a bidet toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo with an ultra-modern shower head system. The cozy guest room has a Queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single vanity, a bidet toilet, and a walk-in shower with TWO showerheads! In the living room there is a HUGE flat screen TV and a comfy sofa sleeper that can help you accommodate two more guests. Beachside II 4338 is where family fun begins! Book your stay today!

Grill burgers on the poolside grills or fill up your cooler with the huge ice machine located on the first floor. We also have a great Gulf-front sun deck for some much-needed quiet time. The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind. Everything about this vacation was perfect! The unit was absolutely beautiful! The view from master bedroom & the living room was morning but beautiful emerald Ocean! Going to bed at night & washing up to that every morning was heaven! The check-in/out was flawless, the staff was always polite & very helpful îf you needed them. It was right on the beach... IT WAS SIMPLY PERFECT!

Really nice getaway

This was a really nice getaway spot. We will definitely use this room again. Very nice and in a nice location as well. Only thing that I would have to say that isn’t so good is that my wife went to shower in the second bedroom (not the master bedroom) and the water begin to build up in the shower. She panicked and got out of the shower very frustrated over it. I went in and had to pull the drain up at which time we notice a build up of gunk and hair that prevented the water from draining. The water then drained like normal and everything was fine. Other than that, this property was very amazing and the view is just stunning. Please don’t let the shower take away from you staying at this place, things happen. Otherwise this was phenomenal!

Really Nice needs update

The location was nice but cosmetically the condos couch was badly stained and the dishwasher was rusty. The mattresses were a little sunken. The view was absolutely beautiful and we had great weather

4338 Beachside Two

The condo was great. Location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The only reason for the 4 rating is because there were some maintenance issues there. The master bedroom TV kept turning on and off and couldn’t be used. The bolt lock on the front door was broken. The sliding door lock is about broken. The heated seat in the guest bathroom didn’t work. There was no hot water in the kitchen or on the left side of the sink in master bath. We loved the decor and comfort of everything else.

The condo was clean, and spacious for a family of 5. The only complaint I had for this unit was the stove top. The eyes would not regulate temp appropriately. Seems a little outdated and needed some service. The right large eye was the one that worked the best, but needed to be turned all the way to high to get temps to cooking level. Also, we were glad the owners provided umbrellas and chairs, I just wish they had the mount that kept them stable in the sand. Any wind, and they would get loose in the sand. A bit of a risk for flying away. Other than that. The service was great, and the condo managers always responded with anything we needed.

The biggest was the master bedroom gets hot in the afternoons from the sunlight and takes a while to cool down in the evenings, I hung sheets over the blinds to help block some of the heat. It could use some curtains to pull closed or maybe tint on the windows to help. The other thing was not that big of a deal but the TV channels are terrible, they wouldn’t load and when they did they would just go out for no reason. Other than those two things the condo was perfect, it was very clean, very roomy and well furnished. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is great.

The property was undergoing extensive exterior renovations so some of the amenities were unavailable (pool, outdoor grill). The construction at the building was disclosed in the listing and the rental price was discounted appropriately. We enjoyed our stay.
