Hidden Dunes Condominium 0803 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Hidden Dunes 0803 has been beautifully updated and has those gorgeous Gulf views! Kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The two baths have also been updated with granite and new cabinetry. The Master Suite has King Bed, large Gulf view windows and private entrance to the patio, The Guest bedroom has two Queen beds. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Hidden Dunes Condominium 0803 is the perfect spot for you next relaxing vacation!

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Right on The Beach

Our first impression when we walked in was wow! Beautiful view and great balcony! We spent a lot of time out there. We enjoyed our time in the condo. Beds were comfortable. There was a plastic deck box with pool noodles and sand toys to use. The furnishings were all in great condition. Plenty of storage for clothes. At the time of our stay there was only one working elevator which I think they are going to get fixed at some point. Access to the beach was great. Things to note. They left us a packet of coffee but no filters. We arrived late and didn't go to the grocery until the morning so we were kinda bummed there wasn't at least one coffee filter. Pots and pans were a little worn. Location was pretty good. It's about 25 min car ride down to Destin and the Harbor walk. We found ourselves going back forth a lot in the car. Over all we had a great time and would recommend this condo and location.

Decent place to stay

This was a pretty good place to stay. The beach service included was a nice amenity. The biggest downfall was parking.

Perfect family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family visit to the beach! The condo is clean and has wonderful views. It is large enough for a family to comfortably stay and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner at night and the dining table big enough for us to eat together. The washer and dryer in the condo were so great for keeping on top of towels and avoiding having wet things laying about. We will definitely stay here again!!

It Was Wonderful!

I enjoyed having an ocean view! My daughter and her best friend really enjoyed the pool. The condo was spacious with great amenities! (The refrigerator leaked onto the floor a little.). Otherwise, we totally enjoyed our vacation! Thanks so much!👍🏼❤️
