This third floor condo (309), in Ariel Dunes II, features a great location in the middle of Seascape Resort with 2 bedrooms and an extra bunk bed room for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. This unit has a large balcony to sit everyone staying and plenty of room to enjoy dinner outside as well! A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 7 with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, and two built in bunk beds in a small room. The guest bedroom has two full size beds so your enitre family can staty! There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.

Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with the rental. It was as cute as the pictures show. When we checked in we noticed there was no running water. There was a maintenance number on the door so i called them and they turned on the water while on the phone. Easy process so we really liked that! There's a walking trail leading to the beach.This rental has great amenities including a variety of kitchen appliances that were very useful. We plan to rent #309 if available for our vacation next year! Definitely recommend.

Relax on the beach...

A stroll on the beach to start the day, followed by a little boogie boarding, spike ball on the beach, Pool time and shrimp on grill. Watch the sunset and hang out on the patio! That's relaxing on the beach!

Great location! The unit could use a few upgrades. The bunk room needs better mattresses. The unit also could have been a bit cleaner.
