Located on the second floor of a beachfront complex, this beautiful Miramar Beach condo is going to give you the luxury vacation you deserve! Step inside to find a bright and spacious living area dressed in beautiful floors, comfortable furniture, and lots of attractive decor. The living room has a TV for watching your favorite movies and shows, plus access to an expansive furnished balcony overlooking the complex. After preparing a delicious meal in the full kitchen, you can enjoy an al-fresco meal at the table/chair set, and inside there is seating at the dining table, plus three breakfast bar stools. The dishwasher will take care of all the cleanup while you visit the beach or take the elevator down to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, and firepit. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with a TV. Don't forget to use the high-speed WiFi to post all your best selfies to your social media for some serious bragging rights. The central air-conditioning will keep everything nice and cool during those hot summer afternoons.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
