"Property well located in quiet and convenient location for all amenities. However nice terrace space with furniture did not get the sun during day for our stay December - January which made it very cool in shade despite 17/20 degrees in sun. Property had comfortable bed, however bedroom one requires more drawer space. Lounge was basic and a little stark as no curtains with limited soft lighting. Also TV was too small to see clearly (unless 20/20 vision) and intermittent signal from wi-fi causing...

"El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en la zona centrica/turística de Cullera, a 200 mts.de la playa, con supermercados, restaurantes y otros comercios a pocos pasos. El apartamento es muy cómodo para 4 personas, tiene todo lo necesario y más! Solo le falta WiFi, pero eso si realmente lo necesitas. Luis es un excelente anfitrión, estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitamos desde antes de nuestra llegada, y nos ayudpo mucho durante nuestra estadía."

"We were in this apartment for 11 days and enjoyed the stay very much. The apartment was very clean, had a good location and was well equipped. The kitchen is large, has a washing machine, two hobs and also a microwave. You can spend 11 wonderful days here and you also feel comfortable. The bathroom and the balcony are great and overall you can only recommend this apartment. We will be happy to come back one day and we hope the next tenants can also enjoy a stay."

"L'appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement. La robinetterie n'est pas de bonne qualité. La douche laisse à désirer. La literie n'est pas top concernant le lit individuel. Le mobilier n'est pas en très bon état. Le quartier est très bruyant et il a fait très chaud dans l'appartement. Le point positif est que l'appartement est à proximité de la plage."

"Wenn Sie mitten im Leben von Denia wohnen wollen, sind Sie genau richtig. Hafen, Altstadt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Geräumige Wohnung. Schöner Blick von der Terrasse. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, kann es schon mal etwas geräuschvoller zugehen (Wochenende). Es hat uns als _Stadtmenschen, allerdings nicht gestrört, da das Schlafzimmer nicht zur Straßenseite gelegen hat. Es gab immer was zu gucken."

"We arrived at the property after a very difficult transfer of keys - the owner's agent was a lovely person but did not speak any English. The address given by the owner, when put into Google Maps, took us to a totally different neighborhood upon arrival at Cullera. Initial impression was good as the view dominates. "We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"Complejo de apartamentos bastante nuevo, a dos pasos de la.playa y con tres piscinas. El apartamento en general estaba limpio con algún detalle. Bueno aire acondicionado, buen wifi. Está más enfocado a familias que a parejas pero la la playa está a dos pasos y es maravillosa. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de bares o restaurantes pero hay uno en el complejo y chiringuito en la playa. En el resort sí que hay un centro comercial, restaurantes... "
