"This was supposed to be the best hotel of our stay in Peru an it turned out to be the opposite. The shower had mold. The room was not cleaned on the second day, apparently you have to explicitly request cleaning, which was not the case even in cheaper hotels. One night after a long day I used the hot tub, which was nice but the experience was completely ruined because there was no hot water to shower after, so I had to take a cold shower after the jacuzzi. Not pleasant. Also they send you a text...

"Good Hotel was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was included, it was basic but good. Good location with lots of resturants close by. The area of Lima was very clean and felt safe to walkaround even when dark. They had a refill station for water bottles which was nice. "

"The hotel let us arrive early and work in the business center until our room was ready. It got a bit warm without fans to circulate the air. But the staff was extraordinary. And though the beds are a bit firm, the room was cool, quiet and very comfortable."
