"Nice clean rooms located in central district close to restaurants. However, I was not aware when booking that the Comahue Business” hotel does not have parking or an on-site breakfast. Instead you need to park down the block at it’s sister hotel the regular “Comahue”. Also you need to walk to this hotel for breakfast as well. Not a major problem but definitely would be nice to know ahead of time especially when first time visitors don’t realize there is a difference in two properties. Also...
"The room was clean and nice although a bit old, and the reception was fine. But both the front door did not match the published pictures (they show a “punto cero”) nor the address corresponded to the actual location (which was a W hotel). Also, the safety of the room seemed poor since there was a corridor window with access to my room’s which would not lock. The restaurant downstairs, “azucar” was a very nice discovery in Neuquén."
"The room was very small and not very clean. The bathroom shower space is for a 5yr old I regret we cant post pictures. The breakfast space is small service staff is nice but its located in a hallway. No ID check to confirm it was me checking in or out"
