We arrived too late for restaurants to still be serving, so she provided a thick wedge of cake to tide us over until her fantastic breakfast, which was generous and delicious. The venue was in a very quiet and peaceful area and the facilities were clean and comfy and decorated with incredible Italian style. "This property you never see a host - they message you, it gives it a strange sterile feel and you wonder who the other people staying are. As a single man I found it a bit odd and I could imagine as a woman I would have felt unsafe. The area is the middle of nowhere - no appeal except not being far from other places of interest. Breakfast was very weak - just some processed foods in plastic packaging. Overall rather depressing and uninspiring."

To the 2nd floor, we enter the premises with a lovely common area with coffee bar and 2 individual rooms. Absolutely lovely, modern, clean AND WHAT A VIEW. The room had 2 balconies, one that was right over La Scala di Santa Maria del Monte and the other, giving you a view of Caltagirone and il duomo. Situated at stair #61, what a marvelous place to stay...
