"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks. Our major disappointment was that, although a restaurant is on the premises, we found out when we checked in that it was already fully booked for dinner both nights of our stay. "The room was beautiful. Very comfortable bedding. Excellent amenities. The valet staff were very efficient and easy to access. The plumbing needs a bit of updating. The tall tub wall made getting into the shower a little difficult. (We’re healthy but 62.) And the water surged hot and then cool. Our adult son was in a different room and did not experience what we did. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at First Name. Stayed two nights with out two dogs and would definitely come here again if ever in Bordeaux again. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and all staff were very nice and courteous. The food was excellent and the location just a few minutes walk from the center. "
