The house comprises an entrance hall opening onto a beautiful, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge; two bedrooms (each with a fan), one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm); a relaxation/meditation room; a bathroom (with bathtub); a separate toilet; and a large utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. Underfloor heating is provided, and air conditioning is only available in the main living area. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and heating costs are charged extra. Nearby, 10 km away, is a deep municipal swimming pool for diving enthusiasts.
