The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensure every detail of your stay is taken care of. Pro tip: book the massage services if you can — they’re well worth it. "This place is absolutely stunning! We felt in complete bliss from the moment we arrived snd sad to have left. It was a great relaxing break after Tokyo. The service was incredible, all staff was lovely. The views from the cabins were absolutely STUNNING! We were blessed enough to have clear views of mount Fuji! The attention to detail from the backpacks to the small feeebies were lovely. The food delicious!! The WAGU STEAK was cooked to perfection and we also did the pizza makonv experience and it was probably the best pizza we have ever had! We will definately be back "
